Make Meals Simple

That’s all I really need to write for this tip, but I will explain a bit. So I definitely loved to make every single carnivore recipe there was. The pizza was amazing and so was the cheesy meat casserole thing I made. But all of that should be fun meals that you make occasionally. You see, when things are made to be difficult, being human we tend to not want to do it. But if it’s easy than we will follow through.

For example, you could make a pound of ground beef and through it in the fridge in a container. In the morning when you are sipping your coffee, throw half or a quarter of that in a pan with a little bit of butter until it’s warmed back up, maybe a little crispy. Ten crack 2 or 3 eggs over that and scramble. Now it’s a power bowl. How simple was that? That’s what I mean by make it simple. Something that takes little to no time and it keeps you on track.

Another go to meal that is simple and I would eat every day if I could is this. A steak with salt and butter. So I go to my local Aldis and I get a cheaper steak, top round steak, and the night before I take it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge. When I get off work and I am hungry, it takes no time to get it prepared. I pull out my cast iron pan and cook it, flipping it occasionally, till my desired temp. I use a little scoop of beef tallow I found at the store. Then as it’s cooking I throw a little salt or a seasoning on it and boom it’s done. I plate it, and cut a little chunk of butter off and I eat every bite with a small chunk of butter. That’s it! Nothing much to it and you will feel amazing afterwards. I once was feeling like a cold or something was coming on and for some reason I was craving that meal right there. I wasn’t feeling good. So I made that meal and within an hour of eating it, I felt back to normal! It’s simple but effective.

So ya, make your meals simple day to day and you will thank yourself later.
